Attended University of St. Thomas from 2002-2005, accepted into the University of Minnesota early admission program after 3 years of college.
Graduated from the University of Minnesota, School of Dentistry in May 2009.

Hobbies:
I love playing volleyball (played at the U of St. Thomas). I also love spending time with my family, especially my nephews, and am enjoying being newly engaged to my fiancée Matt.
Family:
My parents live in Burnsville, MN and enjoy being retired. I have a brother and sister-in-law and two nephews who live in Edina, MN. My brother and sister-in-law both graduated from the U of M Medical school in 2002.
Memorable Patient Experience:
I worked with a patient in Wilmar, MN during an outreach experience through the U of M. He had numerous dental needs as well a learning disability. After every appointment, he gave every dental team member a huge hug before he left because he was so appreciative of us. He really made all of us smile.
Favorites:
Past time: Spending time at my cabin in Alexandria, MN.
Movies: Christmas vacation.
TV Shows: Anything on Bravo
Music/Band: easy listening music and Bob Marley ( Jamaica was my favorite vacation)

How did dentistry become your passion?
I had a strong desire and passion to work and help serve people. I love learning about my patients and helping them feel comfortable in the dental setting. I look forward to building relationships with my patients.
